WE THE PEOPLE are losing our country at an ever increasing pace...

This is the sad truth... not some set of vague conspiracy theories dreamed up to assault the recently in power Republican Party with ridiculous claims that have no basis in reality. No, these are real issues, real developments, real and startling actions by this liberal administration and Congress that are doing a complete makeover of the government, and not at all for the better. President Obama and his administration is truly statist, with overtones of neo-Marxism; these people are hell-bent on weakening the underpinnings of the United States, and he'll use this liberal Congress, several weak-kneed Republicans currently in office, and any outside help (former enemy countries turned "friends", along with terrorists being let freely into the United States, etc.), all part of a very well-coordinated plan to subjugate the masses by scaring them so much and so often that they'll come running repeatedly with their hands out to the government in response to everything that they perceive as a major inconvenience, concern, or threat, whether it is government-staged or not. Americans will continue to "trade" in their rights as citizens for the "free or low-cost" ride of government "goodies", which placate the masses for awhile; unfortunately there will come a day when there will be more hands stretched out than goodies available... and that's when the common people under this Constitution, including in large part those that could care less about what form of government they live under, as long as they have a chance to scuffle for a piece of the action, will make a final decision as to whether they want this democratic republic to live, or die. It is our duty, that is, those that do care, to speak up now, to hold back the tide; we need to give the Progressives just enough rope to hang themselves (as they have so often in the past), and in the meantime, we need to be oh so ready for the 2010 & 2012 elections, and then on from there, with people ready to vote and run for office, clad and unashamedly on fire in their sound conservative beliefs.
We can't let this country devolve into a cacophony of voices, yelling "Might over Right!" And those of us that our Christians, we should all be of one mind to defend our way of life from the vile virus of tyranny that intends to choke this country at it's Constitutional roots; for what divine Providince has given to our forefathers to cultivate into a might oak, so too could be swiftly washed away by Same if we just stand idlely by and let our liberties whither away. We as a people must decide if we are committed to this process; for if we want our country's heritage, and it's future, to be passed on intact to our children and grandchildren, we must act now rather than later.

Health Care Reform: Why I Say NO to these Bogus "Progressive" Versions (OPEN LETTER TO U.S. CONGRESS)

I STRONGLY urge you to vote against any upcoming health care legislation that would fine people or put them in jail for not paying their mandatory health care financial responsibility to the government, otherwise known as a "tax" or "assessment". Furthermore, I am not in favor of the government being the sole collector of the financial responsibility; I believe all health care plans should be able to compete with a government plan, and if the person chooses a private insurance, the health care premium would go directly to them, not to government. It would be totally up to the individual whether they went with the private or government plan. I also do not believe that the premium should not go to a government agency, but a quasi-government agency, where this premium money would be held separately from other taxes and could not be touched by Congress. Last of all, if Congress manages to get the votes necessary to force any sort of government-mandated health care on the American citizens, then, as American citizens themselves, they should not pass any amendment to the final bill that would provide an exemption to anyone in America - including all those in municipal, county, state, or federal political, executive, judicial, or administrative office.

Health care is not a right guaranteed under the Constitution; government should not be in the business of socializing health care, just because they feel like it.
I am an RN (registered nurse, for those that don’t know), and our present American health care system works pretty darn well… in fact, it’s the best in the world, despite what anyone has the nerve to say. There are problems… like poor management in disadvantaged areas, which lead to under-performance in treatment and quality, outrageously high top-level executive pay, bonuses, and separation packages, as well tort reform on non-life-threatening issues. We need to make Congress pass laws to encourage health care to work on those issues and others like them, not to throw out the whole system and think that Big Government is somehow going to make up a health care system out of whole cloth that’s going to work better.
After all, what government program do you know that has worked more efficiently than a private business? Let me help you here… There has been none. Why do you think they are pushing this system on us in the first place? Because Congress knows that the twin frauds of Medicare and Social Security are about to collapse, say 10-15 years down the road (maybe less), and they need to run a new scam now to placate us. For once, we must stand up and push Congress to do something that is right for the people, instead of changing the laws in order to quell the people into a drone-like silence so they will be easier to control under any new, further restrictive rules of law in the future.
We already have both feet walking on the road of the soft tyranny that is this new Amero-socialism; we can stop it now before its’ allure, like Heroin is to the addict, seizes the people of this Nation into thinking that one can get things on the cheap if you just believe in (and vote for) Big Government. For me, just like my more recent political hero, Ronald Regan, had said, give me Small Government, acting only as necessary for the populace, and in line with the Constitution. This is the government I want… and what I want to return to, and 2010 is just the right year to start. Drop your swords and shields, you progressive (socialist, communist, or Marxist, whatever self-label that really fits you), and come along with me, and live a better, more honest, more accountable, family-oriented life.
